For most people our breathing function is so self-evident, that it is not very much respected or specifically important or valuable.
In fact, the opposite is the case!
We can affect our state of mind and our body functions through conscious use of our breathing!
Our breathing is an exellent vehicle to discover and to get to know our inner body areas ( our inner space ). The information gained by this exploration will help us to better understand how our body works and how it "talks" to us. ( Pranayama )
